The starter package is intended to last 2 months based on Buhner's recommendations from the first edition of "Healing Lyme" in which he suggests ramping up to a final dose that feels right for you. Many customers start with the package and if they choose to continue the protocol, they purchase the individual herbs from us, but in larger quantities. Tinctures are shelf stable for 5 years. We recommended storing tinctures in a cool dark place to maintain potency. Glycerites are shelf stable for 2 years, stored in a cool dark place. Salves are shelf stable for 2 years, and decreases once the salve has been opened.
